All our shipping orders are packed with great care.
Which islands do we ship to and what is the shipping cost?
We ship to all the Canary Islands express.
The shipping costs are totally free in Gran Canaria, as this
is where our warehouse is located and we deliver with our own delivery drivers.
In the rest of the Canary Islands the delivery is totally
free from €90 of purchase.
For purchases under €90, the cost is as follows:
Tenerife and Lanzarote : €11 + IGIC
Fuerteventura : €13 + IGIC
La Palma : €15 + IGIC
La Gomera : €18 + IGIC
El Hierro : €20 + IGIC

What is the delivery time?
Once you have completed your order at the online beer store, we immediately start handling your order. It takes 1 working day before we ship your order (*). We pick up the beers at our warehouse and send the products by our own means in Gran Canaria and with Darga Express Canarias in the rest of the islands.
Delivery time: Gran Canaria: From 1 to 3 days
Rest of the islands:
Tenerife, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura: 2 to 3 days
La Palma: 2 to 4 days
La Graciosa, El Hierro and Gomera : from 3 to 5 days
*All the above mentioned delivery times are an indication. Although we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible, we cannot accept any responsibility for delayed deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to inform you of any delays.
What happens if the order is damaged, incomplete or lost?
We are shipping heavy and fragile products. Although we package beer, glasses and other products so that there is a low risk of breakage, it could happen that you receive a broken bottle or glass.
When you receive a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible by mail (administración@flejebirras.com) with a picture of the broken product(s) in the box.
We will send you a new box or refund the broken bottles if we receive the above information within 5 days of receipt. In all other cases the damaged product will not be refunded or resent.
Orders sent outside Gran Canaria can only be refunded.
What happens if I want to return the product?
The return must be announced within 7 working days by email. The products must then be returned in the original packaging with the original labels and cards within 7 working days.
The return costs are at your expense. We advise you to send us the registered package and to provide a tracking numbe
Items must be returned new, unopened and undamaged. If all conditions are met, the full purchase price will be refunde.
