Deep and complex, for the great and relaxing moments by the fire. Dark ruby colour, wheat doppelbock with a very creamy head. Strong notes of ripe bananas, raisins and plums with liquorice and toasted aromas. Full-bodied with a smooth, well-balanced finish. The oldest wheat doppelbock beer in Bavaria. Pairs with roast beef, venison and also fruit-flavoured chocolate desserts, as well as blue mould cheese.
